Deb of 180 Degrees Marketing & Management has been involved in the tourism industry for over 30 years with significant experience in event management, State and Local Government tourism, strategic development and as an operator in the hotel industry. Deb has a strong passion for tourism, heritage, and community development.

Sophie is currently undertaking a business traineeship with mentor, Caroline. Boasting a passion for writing and a natural flair for social media - she has the ability to create amazing content that engages the target market. Sophie is an integral part of our business operations providing administrative and project management support.
